This Jammin’ Jamaican Sauce® is a jerk-style sauce. Sweet and spicy, with a full gamut of island flavors. This sauce will tickle your palate while you unknowingly develop a love-hate relationship for rich fruitiness and the power-kick of many peppery explosions.
The recipe was developed many years ago at a restaurant near the Soulard neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri. Currently, it’s produced by the gallon and bottled by Chef Steve Rankin.
